Sorren came together as a new Top 50 national accounting and advisory firm built from more than a dozen respected regional practices. From the start the goal was clear: grow with purpose without losing the trust relationships and community roots that made each firm successful. SOVRN partnered closely with leadership to shape a brand that could carry national scale while still feeling personal, familiar and grounded.

Challenge
Each firm brought its own culture leadership style and long-standing client relationships. People were proud of where they came from and rightly protective of what they had built. The new brand had to ease concerns about becoming too big or too distant while clearly signaling strength clarity and credibility in a crowded national market.
SOLUTION
We began by listening. Through deep conversations with partners teams and stakeholders we uncovered the shared beliefs that already connected these firms. From there we developed the Sorren name a clear brand story and a flexible identity system designed to grow. The result is a brand that brings many histories together without flattening them built to scale while staying human at the core.
